About Barnegat Kennels:

Barnegat Kennel is a 7,696 square foot ultra-modern Geo-Thermal climate controlled indoor/outdoor animal boarding facility. We are located on a 15-acre tract surrounded by the Forsythe Animal Refuge between Route 9 and Barnegat Bay.

We have private indoor/outdoor heated/air-conditioned dog runs and a complete cattery inside. We are able to board almost any animal and can also accommodate cats, birds, guinea pigs, snakes, turtles, etc.

All of our staff members are certified by the State of New Jersey Department of Health as animal control officers, knowledgeable in animal behavior.

We maintain our facility to the highest degree of cleanliness, far exceeding the norm.

All inclusive "Doggie Playtime" and individual walking, either inside or outside depending on the weather. One on one with toys, wading pool, etc.

We supply treats, food, bedding and bowls. In our retail facility we offer a full fine of dog and cat foods and supplies with many discounted items.

• Open all Year: We are never closed for renovations or vacations. You can depend on us 52 weeks a year.
